Park-and-Ride

This service, provided by Pittsburgh's Port Authority, allows motorists to drive to a designated parking lot and utilize the Port Authority's public transportation system for transportation into the city. Port Authority

Pittsburgh's Port Authority provides public transportation to anyone traveling with a 775 square-mile area around Pittsburgh and Allegheny County. The Port Authority has a fleet of nearly 1,000 buses, 83 light rail vehicles, 75 mini buses, the Monongahela and Duquesne inclines and ACCESS – the nation's largest paratransit program for senior citizens and disabled persons. The Port Authority serves more than 240,000 persons on 213 daily bus and rail routes. There are approximately five Port Authority bus routes that run through Moon Township daily.
